Your Party Bookings and Confirmations
Thank you for booking your party with us.
If your booking status is pending, you have 5 days to make the payment before this booking is canceled. If for some reason, you are unable to come, please give us a call Monday-Friday during our business hour, and we can take your payment over the phone.
For parties more than 30 children, we need to allocate you two rooms. So, if you think that your party guest will go over 30, you will need to notify us as soon as possible, ideally a few weeks prior to your party. The reason for this is so that we can try our best to clear out other parties/booked out an extra room in the same time slot to give your party more space.
We understand that you might have a lot of questions, please take the time to read through these Party FAQ and Party Terms and Conditions to help us explain some of the most frequent questions. Please do not hesitate to ask us if you have any others!
If you wish to open a tab or have additional guest. We will need to have your credit card to be stored in our front desk.
Please finalise all your party orders, at least by Wednesday Night for Saturday, Sunday and Monday parties, and 2 days before for Weekdays Parties.
